As a curator, I personally struggled with the idea of 'going digital' – so much of the experience of an exhibition is the time spent inside a gallery, the opportunity to linger around the work, and view it from different perspectives or vantage points. Something that is typically flattened out by the conventional approach to creating web exhibitions. I collaborated with iiterate Technologies GmbH to digitize 'Imprint, After', a multimedia exhibition curated at Pulp Society gallery in February 2020.

I was amazed to see how the output application of Project ARt translates the feeling of being physically present in the gallery. It manages to not only interpret conventional 2D wall-based works, but is also able to render far more complex installations, textures, and forms through a sophisticated photogrammetry process.
